I had many things about the different types of autism to learn because of the illness of my brother. One wanted to learn what I and maybe you have used the term pervasive developmental disorder, using a term that is heard to describe many different types of autism.

* A study of autism has been around since the 1930s and 40s. This type of autism called Kanner, named after the doctor who studies it. During his studies he found that this type of autism, a lower functioning disclosed kind.

The people who had shown this kind of autism socialization problems and communication problems. These people are difficult to understand because of the lack of communication and social skills.

The other factor that may be involved with these people, Kanner's autism, it may have poor motor skills and makes actions that repetitive movements. This could lead to outbursts of rage, when there are changes in routine or different schedules that must be met.

There may be some people who do not speak or they have formed a limited vocabulary without sets or structured.

* Have you ever heard of Rett syndrome? This is a different kind of autism, which as a lower-functioning autism.

For some reason, it is usually with this type of mental disability that makes it different and it seems mostly involved in women.

One of the most important things I learned from Rett syndrome, the women with this disease are usually affected when it comes to movement. Most of them do not speak.

Through research and learning new skills, it is known that this type of autism, usually is a genetic defect to be. No one seems sure why it appears in women only know.

* All other types of autism that are different appear in men. This type is called childhood disintegrative disorder. It usually happens after a child seems to develop normally.

The person has a good speech skills and motor skills. Then all of a sudden, from the time the child reaches the age of two, four years ago, the individual regresses to form a kind of autistic disorder. This type of autism is a mystery, due to the fact there is no explanation as to why this is happening.

* The last type of autism that I explain myself briefly, the Asperger's autism. These people have a better communication and socialization skills. Usually seen at the start of the school or classroom teaching methods.

These are just some of the different types of autism, who want to learn more.
